By using Todof you agree to these terms. We keep the language plain so you know what to expect from us and what we expect from you.
Who we are
Todof is operated by SHOCK EXPERTS LLP, Stoney Works, 8 Stoney Lane, London, United Kingdom, SE19 3BD.
Using Todof
- You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding contract.
- Use the app only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms.
- You are responsible for the reminders and content you create. Keep backups if a task is business critical.
Accounts and data
Todof currently operates without user accounts. Your reminder content is stored on your device, not on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for details on analytics and data handling.
App changes
We may update features, impose limits, or discontinue parts of the service to improve reliability or security. When changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice where feasible.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access source code.
- Do not use Todof to send spam, harass others, or infringe on third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt or bypass security or rate limits.
Intellectual property
Todof, its design, and related marks are owned by SHOCK EXPERTS LLP. Using the app does not grant ownership or the right to use our branding without permission.
Disclaimers
Todof is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that reminders will always trigger at the exact time you expect. You assume all risk for using the app, including reliance on reminders for critical tasks.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SHOCK EXPERTS LLP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of Todof. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim.
Termination
You can stop using Todof at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for others.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales unless local law requires otherwise.
